Year 10 Work Experience
Year 10 are now in the process of finalising placements for their work experience week- Monday 20th April to Friday 24th April 2026.
Deadline for organising placements is Friday 13th February to allow time for placement vetting checks to be undertaken.

Year 10 Food Technology: Aeration
As part of our Food Science module Year 10 have been learning about aeration in cooking and how raising agents work. We have put out knowledge into practice by making whisked sponges- seeing how the mixture changes size and how the air in the mixture affects the texture and feel of the cake.
AmaSing Composition
