Park Fell

Welcome to Park Fell!

We are lucky to have a pure Reception year group in Park Fell. This allows for a smooth transition from Preschool/Nursery into school, but also from reception into the Year1/2 class. It also supports building the firm foundations needed for future learning.

Miss Philipson is the Class Teacher. Mrs Collins is a Teaching Assistant in class.

Children learn through play with adult led and child led time over the week. 'Adults plan amazing activities that enrich children’s learning.' OFSTED June 2019. We begin phonics very soon after your child starts school and use RWI Phonics scheme (see RWI letter to Parents). Maths sessions include a short input and then activities within the class provision areas.
