Employability Skills - developing your own personal 'Brand'

Year 10 and 11 took part in an employability skills and personal branding session in their Citizenship lesson today. This was led by our school enterprise advisor, Sharon Brook, who is also Head of Sales at the North Lakes Hotel and Spa in Penrith.

Students learnt that personal branding is the impression people get of you based on your behaviour, attitude, skills and online presence. They were encouraged to reflect on who they are as individuals, how others may see them and what they can do to present themselves positively in preparation for mock interviews on 6th March.
