Here at SKS, we're always looking for unique and creative ways for our students to explore different career pathways.
Halloween was a great way to engage both KS3 and 4 students with 'creepy' careers- particularly those connected to STEAM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Maths).
Using model and presenter Heidi Klum's Halloween outfits as inspiration, we learnt all about the job of prosthetic make up artists - some of whom also made prosthetic limbs and mannequins for medical training companies.
Other notable careers include haematologists, radiographers, astronomers and entomologists, alongside actors, hairdressers, costume designers, event managers, chefs and many, many more!
