To help them make their post-16 destination choices, Year 11 visited Carlisle College on 12th November. They were taken on a campus tour after listening to informative presentations from a range of different college staff. Subjects discussed in depth included Apprenticeships, Business, Uniformed Public Services, Construction and Early Years, along with an over-view of the college work experience programme.
In October, Year 11 students also spent a day visiting both New College Durham and East Durham College - Houghall campuses.
