By the end of their 'Introduction to Comics and Graphics Texts' module in English, Year 7 students produced their own fantastic comic strips.
They had to include comic conventions including: emanata, narration boxes, speech and thought bubbles.
One enthusiastic Year 7 student said "I thoroughly enjoyed this topic, especially making my own comic strip, and I hope we can do this again." Another student added "I also enjoyed reading El Deafo by CeCe Bell"
