Year 9 have been practicing their oil techniques.

GCSE Art students have been looking at the Golden Ration. They have taken inspiration for this and made mirror scratch boards, creating a reflective image.

Flinty Fell are copying images of great gods onto transfer paper. They have now printed this onto fabric and will make a cushion.

Cross fell are working on their great fire of London display.

Year 8 students have been designing clocks. They will be using the laser cutter to make them.

We took advantage of the hot weather, going outside and do some landscape sketching.

Year 8 have just started exploring self portraiture. They will use different techniques and inspiration form artists to complete their final piece. 

Year 7 are practising their ceramic techniques. They are researching sir Grayson Perry's Art for inspiration.

Student in year 9 Design and Tech, have been working on 2D design to create a template they can then cut out on the laser cutter. They have used the templates to cast pewter key rings.

Year 8 have been collaging memories from their visit to Berlin.

Year 7 finished their first sewing machine project. They have made tote bags, and will print images onto these next week.
