We work hard to inspire the children to really enjoy reading and build a life long passion for books and at APS we do this in a variety of ways.

Today Cross Fell enjoyed a virtual author visit and joined Nicola Kinnear for a fun session inspired by her latest picture book, Ready, Steady Squirrel!

We enjoyed a story session with Nicola and heard all about Evie, a very determined little squirrel, we even learnt how to draw our own squirrel! Cross Fell loved it and can't wait to take part in another virtual visit soon!
